Assisted Session Preparation and Integration Tips.

The power of the session is our authentic, trustful connection. We co-create together. 

I suggest a radical shift to the classical therapy approach.

Embracing your human experience instead of pathologizing and diagnosing.
Allowing you to feel and unfold naturally instead of rationalizing and controlling.

Our inner intelligence will naturally lead us to a whole state if we listen. 

Before the session

  • Please do not eat 1hour before the session.

  • Best not to have a completely empty stomach. Eat light meal few hour before the session.

  • ​No coffee or other stimulants.

  • Do no take other psychoactive substances at least 24 hours before the session.

  • After the session the best is to take rest. So if you can clean your calendar it will be helping.

What do I offer with Integral Embodiment?

I offer one-to-one and group sessions, workshops, retreats, and ceremonies to support you in transforming the wisdom of attachment, relational and developmental trauma into physical and mental health, aliveness in relationships, and a sense of agency and purpose.

I always work in connection to the body. The process is grounded in both scientific and traditional methods, emphasizing breathwork, movement, sound expression, therapeutic touch, and altered states of consciousness. I have a Ph.D. in biomedicine with more than 20+ years of research and educational experience.
