Service Description

Address: Obere Zäune, 8003 Zurich Before the session -Wear comfortable clothes in which you can move. -If you wish you can have next to you objects that provide you with a sense of safety and home (we After the session -Take care that after the session you have space to nourish and resource yourself.  -I suggest not planning a lot for after and staying in the inner space for integration. -After the session, you can journal, eat good food, be in nature, do what brings peace and pleasure.
