In this experience together, we facilitate opening to feel both love and desire, revealing the power of your life force to create deeply fulfilling intimate relationships.

THE METHOD

Sexological Bodywork SBW is a modality that catalyzes the re-emergence of the wisdom of the instinctual body and a true, heartful meeting of the yourself and the other. The modality incorporates movement, sound, and the whole body touch, including the genital area.

 

At the center of this modality are authentic expression, presence and connection. Sexological bodywork encompasses verbal and non-verbal communication to express your physical sensations, emotions, desires, and boundaries.

Other modalities I use in this session are Biodynamic Breathwork for Trauma Release, Internal Family Systems, and NeuroAffective Relational Model (NARM).

THE PROCESS

The power of the session is an authentic, trustful connection between you and me. We co-create together. The session starts with an intake about your needs and life. We then decide together what type of bodywork fits your theme, i.e. movement, breathwork, sounding, mindful self-love coaching, genital meditation, erotic massage, pelvis mapping, etc. The session ends with integration time and an outtake discussion.

How to prepare?

Before we dive into this work I strongly recommend first taking at least one Releasing Trauma Session to balance your nervous system and learn to resource. Sexuality is a very vulnerable topic and breathwork is an excellent way of preparing yourself and the body.

  • Cancellation is possible up to 24 hours before the appointment. I guarantee a full refund.

  • The cancellation must be paid in full if it is less than 24 hours before the session.

 

NATURE OF THE SESSION

  • This session explores the client's body, emotions, and thoughts.

  • I am fully dressed during the session - this is NOT a tantra massage or a similar service.

  • Physical contact is ALWAYS and with NO EXCEPTIONS one-sided (bodyworker towards a client).

  • Integral Somatic Relating - 5 x 2 hours - CHF 1620 instead of CHF 1800 (10 % discount)​

For clients who take the second and next package, there is a 15% discount.​
