THE JOURNEY
With current plant medicine and psychedelic renaissance, many of us feel drawn to the powerful experiences of non-ordinary states of consciousness for healing and expansion.
Many of us are not prepared to hold these experiences safely. Revelations and memories emerging during psychedelic states easily overwhelm our ordinary consciousness. We feel alone in bringing the non-ordinary back into our ordinary lives and communities.
This group gathers people interested in harm reduction, education, and support to transform psychedelic experiences into opportunities for learning and growth.
We strive for a holistic approach. We work top-down helping to make sense of our experience as human beings, allowing the healing of beliefs and wounds, and bottom-up focusing on the body, the felt sense, and the instinctive responses.
Our values are compassion, curiosity, transparency, vulnerability, creativity, and inclusion.
We welcome everyone, no matter their experience or background.
TEAM
Kasia Kopanska, PhD is a somanaut, scientist, therapeutic touch expert, a certified Biodynamic Breathwork for Trauma Release therapist, and Sexological Bodyworker. She is particularly interested in somatic approach to psychodelic therapy. Her journey underground with depression, opened her to authentic way of living, re-claiming her belonging, and aliveness. She supports group and individuals in their rights to be here and now. She loves forests, herbs, dancing, red, and being close to animals.
Valentina Manini is a Change Expert (MA), Certified Internal Family Systems Practitioner, and Psychedelic Integration Coach. She is a polymath, lover of learning, mother of twins, and a life-obsessed human being. What started as a journey into her healing from generalized anxiety became a longing to belong. She combines Internal Family Systems, Somatic IFS, Polyvagal theory, memory re-consolidation, ACT, altered states of consciousness to joyfully expand and flow into everything we long for in this one life on earth. valentinamanini.com
David Andel, MD has been fascinated by consciousness and the brain since his teenage years and therefore studied medicine and neurobiology. He spent 10+ years as a brain researcher, investigating the effects of psychedelics at the Psychiatric University Clinic Zürich. He brings his passion and experience to whoever wishes to expand his or her consciousness.
