THE PROCESS
The power of the session is an authentic, trustful connection between you and me. We co-create together. The session includes intake talk, somatic process, breathwork, bodywork, and integration.

You will start your journey with me in the Releasing Trauma session. Here, we gently open your body to resolve the first layers of dissociation and support the balancing of the autonomic nervous system. These sessions provide a basis for our trustful therapeutic relationship and psycho- and somatic education so you can understand your process. They are also an entry point to the Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy Expanding Authenticity session.

How we will work?
The body needs time. For a sustainable deep change, I recommend Integral Trauma Release, eight sessions every 2 - 3 weeks (a process that takes around five months). You can then continue with another package or single sessions.
How keep the flame alive?
Because this work often touches deeply held patterns, emotions, and unmet developmental needs, the process can become profound and transformative
To support the integration of what emerges, I recommend continuing with Integrating Aliveness, where we combine somatic exploration, touch, and creative practices such as art-making to help insights become embodied, meaningful, and sustainable in everyday life.

THE METHOD
The basis of the Trauma Release session is Biodynamic Breathwork for Trauma Release (BBTRS), which calls on the power of all of your body’s natural systems. The six-element approach (breath, movement, sound, touch, conscious emotional expression, meditation) supports your body’s unique needs and creates a flexible, dynamic experience.

We work with felt senses from the top of the head to the toes in seven segments of the body: ocular, oral, cervical, thoracic, diaphragmatic, abdominal, and pelvic.
With a gentle BBTRS approach, you retrain your nervous system to move flexibly between alertness and relaxation. We work from the top of the head to the toes.

Why a Sliding Scale?
I believe that meaningful therapeutic support should be accessible to a wide range of people. The sliding scale allows you to choose a fee that is aligned with your financial situation, available resources, and capacity to contribute.
If cost feels like a barrier, please contact me. I would much rather have a conversation about what is possible than have finances prevent you from receiving support. Together, we can explore options that honour both your circumstances and the sustainability of my work.
