We playfully dive into our bodies and touch to explore and untangle blocks, patterns and automation.

We practice opening the bridge between our pelvis and heart to allow for the transformative union of raw sexuality into loving relationships and creativity. We compassionately notice where we feel shame in relation to the right to act. During the ritual, we explore empowerment bodywork to witness where we fear to fail, and/or to desire.
