About the event
The experiences of expanded connection and intimacy in a group context can open us in ways not possible on our own. Pleasurable and challenging moments are both opportunities to grow. We are aware of the importance of integrating these experiences day-to-day. We believe in making a sustainable change in our life.
The process in which we revisit, work through, and make sense of the insights and content of our experiences is called integration. It is to grow our inner fire keeper, that will hold the most treasured encounters with ourself and others alive, and shows us the teachings and needs of our wounded parts.
An essential step for integration is finding time and space. We can either integrate by ourself with meditation, journaling, creativity, or with others, our coach, therapist or close friends and loved ones.
The Integration Space is a container where we can share our insights from our Cloud experiences, and any other body, intimacy, and sex-positive spaces. We provide a room to talk and embody a powerful experience and allow it to be alive in our present moment.
