In this weekly group meetings we practice resourcing - the ability to return to a state of calm, safety, and support within yourself with healthy tools such as embodied practice, relationships, objects, and nature. 

What is Resourcing?

In the middle of the chaos and triggers, ​

when life asks more ​

than you have capacity for...​​


There is a calm place inside your body

that remembers who you are

before the noise.

Resourcing is about returning to this place inside you.

It's not a retreat from life.

It's a simple homecoming.

​

Resourcing is the skill of mindfully coming into a balanced nervous system state using a resource:

  • place inside your body

  • embodied practice

  • relationship

  • objects

  • memories

  • nature

  • ...​

Poppy Field Scene

This group works like a practice space for resourcing. We can compare it to a yoga or meditation class tuned to your nervous system.

We train the nervous system to recognise safety.

We practice shifting from stress → more ease.

We build inner and outer resources.

We rest and ground without intense process work.

We repeat this until it becomes more natural in daily life.

Classes are run once a week on Wednesday for 90 minutes during lunch time 12:00 - 13:30.

We alternat classes between two approaches - somatic and parts work.

You don’t need to be in crisis to come here.

You are welcome to join when things are easy or difficult.

You simply strengthen your homecoming capacity.

When we try to process trauma without resourcing skills, we often loop in:

  • overwhelm

  • shutdown

  • avoidance

  • reactivity of the past

  • difficulty integrating the process.
